Open UI + CSSWG Joint Meeting cancelled for Friday

As noted on the Monday call; I think that we are in a solid place for next
steps so I don't see the need to use the overflow meeting on Friday.

Please let me know if you disagree, unless there is a strong need for
everyone that was on that call and a relatively large agenda let's take the
other topics to issues within Open UI.
